Coming off the ferry and driving turn left or if on foot take the bus.  At the bus stop either turn right or leave the bus and walk up College Street.  The entrance to the Cathedral is well marked and it is preferred if you park here since parking at the Cathedral is very limited although if disabled access is necessary continue for about 200 yards and enter through the unmarked entrance on the right.
